Rebecca Porter is a designer and artist based in Cambridge, MA. She earned her BFA in Graphic & Information Design at Northeastern University in Boston and has gained experience with art direction, motion design, branding, marketing, videography and production. She currently works as an art director on the video team at Nearpod and Flocabulary, creating animated and live action educational videos for K-12 students.

She is also a realist oil painter and muralist, finding inspiration from the colors of nature, morning sunlight, the East Coast, and the works of the Dutch Masters. She studied with Mary Morant and Sophia Ainslie. She has exhibited in gallery shows in Fairfield County and the Hudson Valley, and has painted murals in Boston, Brooklyn, and upstate New York.

In her free time, she enjoys jogging along the Charles River, practicing yoga, hiking, bouldering, crafting, and reading.
